I'm Riley Loos! I am excited you are here. I want to tell you a little bit about me, my gymnastics career, and my training philosophy. I have been doing gymnastics since I was 9 years old and fell in love with the sport. To me, gymnastics is about the pursuit of perfection and making a little progress one day at a time.
My mantra is one more than everyone else.
A big part of what makes my gymnastics style is my dedication to calisthenics. Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses body weight to do cool exercises.
Gravity? Never heard of it.
You might have seen my video on social media where I do a backflip into a planche. I was the first in the world to do this, and one of the only people who can!
I LOVE calisthenics and gymnastics and want to share this with you! Let's make calisthenics and strength training fit your goals and be fun!
